Tracking updates are provided in real-time as your shipment moves through our network. For in-transit shipments, GPS updates are provided every minute. You'll receive notifications at key milestones like pickup, arrival at hub, out for delivery, and delivery.

What if my tracking ID is not working?

Make sure you've entered the tracking ID correctly (case-sensitive). If the ID is still not recognized, the shipment may not have been added to our system yet. Please contact our customer support team at info@speedsetu.com or call +91 8884199555 for assistance.

Can I update my delivery address after shipment pickup?

For shipments that haven't been picked up yet, you can change the delivery address. Once the shipment has been picked up, changes are limited. Contact our support team immediately with your tracking ID to request any address modifications.
